How the Forex4you client area login works, how the same credentials connect MT4, WebTrader and the mobile app, and what to do when access fails.

How Forex4you account access is organised
- The client area is entered with the registered e-mail address and password; from there deposits, withdrawals and account settings are managed.
- Trading platforms use the trading account number and trader password: in MT4 the correct server from the account letter must also be selected, or the terminal reports an invalid account.
- One profile can hold several trading accounts — Cent, Classic, Pro STP and demo — and each has its own account number for platform login.
- A forgotten password is reset through the e-mail recovery link; the new password applies to the client area immediately.
- Two-step verification can be enabled in the security settings, adding a one-time code on top of the password.
- Sessions on shared computers should be closed via the logout button, and passwords should never be stored in a public browser.
- Keeping login credentials safe matters: a leaked trading password gives direct access to a leveraged account where losses can be immediate.

Frequently asked questions
I forgot my Forex4you password — what now?
Use the password-recovery link on the login form: a reset e-mail goes to the registered address. If the mailbox itself is inaccessible, support can re-verify identity and restore access through the ticket desk.
Why does MT4 say my account is invalid?
Most often the wrong server is selected — each trading account letter maps to a specific server shown in the account details. Checking the account number, trader password and server triple usually resolves it.
Does Forex4you support two-step verification?
A second verification step can be enabled in the client-area security settings, adding a one-time code on top of the password. It is worth switching on — a trading account controls real money.
